We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and summer events. We typically book out 3–6 months in advance during peak season (May–October). That said, reach out even on short notice — we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
As a general rule, one 2-station trailer handles up to 75–100 guests for a 4-hour event. We'll help you determine the right setup when you request a quote.
Attendant service is available for weddings and premium events. For shorter events, we deliver the trailer fully stocked and clean. We'll discuss what's right for your event when you book.
